Job Overview:

In this role, you will lead the design process for complex digital products, creating user-centered experiences that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs and translate them into seamless product experiences.

• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Develop interactive prototypes and present design concepts to stakeholders or clients.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices.

Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

• Experience with motion design, microinteractions, or prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.

Skills:

• Background in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.

• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
