As a flutter engineer, you should have a strong understanding of computer science basics and real industry experience. You will be responsible for the entire code lifecycle, from design to development, and will collaborate directly with the top technical executives both inside the team and across Walturn LLC.

Apart from the aforementioned, you should be someone who is highly motivated, customer-centric, and zealous about developing high-quality software and attaining operational excellence. It's vital to have a robust dedication to teamwork and excellent communication skills with both the business and technical partners.

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and talented Flutter Engineers to help us develop state-of-the-art solutions that will serve the needs of our valuable clients and help shape the technology and products as we grow.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 18 months of professional mobile software engineering experience.

• Well-versed with the BLoC & Stacked state management pattern.

• 2-3 Years’ Experience in cross-platform mobile software development (Android/iOS) using technologies such as Flutter & React Native.

• Flutter: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS, and Web. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner.

• Native Android and IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.

• Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.

• Adobe XD: Should know how to use Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app.

• Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Xcode and Android Studio

• Proficiency with Mobile programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java

• Excellent adaptability skills, quick learner with new technologies, and agile SDLC experience.

• Proven ability to on multiple projects and maintain speed and accuracy.

• Passion for writing code because you like to and never stop wanting to improve.

• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and reusable software.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
