Job Overview:
We are looking for a Research Scientist – AI to drive cutting-edge advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires deep expertise in AI, a strong mathematical foundation, and experience in developing innovative models and algorithms. You will work on state-of-the-art research, collaborating with engineers and scientists to solve complex real-world problems.
As a Research Scientist, you will contribute to publications, patents, and AI-driven products while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Your work will involve designing, training, and optimizing models for applications such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning
Develop and optimize ML/DL models for real-world applications
Design and implement new algorithms, architectures, and training techniques
Publish research in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.)
Collaborate with engineers and scientists to bring research into production
Work with large-scale datasets and optimize training pipelines
Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art models in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
Stay updated with emerging AI trends and contribute to open-source research
Qualifications
Education:
PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
Experience:
2+ years of experience in AI/ML research (academic or industry)
Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)
Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
Solid understanding of mathematics, optimization, and probabilistic modeling
Experience with large-scale datasets, distributed computing, and cloud platforms
Proven record of publishing in AI/ML conferences is a plus
Skills:
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
Knowledge of statistical modeling, optimization, and probability theory
Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, GPUs, TPUs)
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research mindset
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive innovation
