Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and user-centric thinking to create products that deliver real value to customers.

As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will use data-driven insights, market research, and customer feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build, launch, and iterate on products.

• Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to make data-driven decisions.

• Develop and prioritize feature backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.

• Own and drive product lifecycle management, from ideation to release and post-launch optimization.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance user experience.

• Work with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, technical feasibility, and scalability of solutions.

• Lead stakeholder communication and manage expectations across departments.

• Continuously optimize product performance based on user behavior analytics and business goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital products.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.

• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Productboard, etc.).

• Ability to analyze user behavior data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decisions.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams around a product vision.

• Experience in launching and scaling products in competitive markets is a plus.
