Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager – AI Security & Compliance to lead the development of secure, compliant AI-driven products. This role requires a strong understanding of AI security, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks to ensure responsible AI adoption.
As a Product Manager, you will define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive security and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with AI engineers, security teams, and legal experts to mitigate risks, enhance trust, and align with global regulations like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the AI security & compliance product roadmap
Ensure AI products comply with data privacy and security regulations
Work with engineering teams to implement secure AI models and governance frameworks
Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews
Develop policies for AI model explainability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to navigate regulatory landscapes
Define and track KPIs for AI security, privacy, and compliance
Stay ahead of emerging AI security threats, privacy laws, and industry standards
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on AI, security, or compliance
Strong understanding of AI security risks, adversarial attacks, and privacy-enhancing techniques
Experience working with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
Familiarity with AI governance, model transparency, and ethical AI frameworks
Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers, security teams, and legal experts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Skills:
