Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and implementing policies that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally.
Foster a positive work environment and promote company values.
Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Design and execute performance review processes.
Identify training and development needs and organize professional growth programs.
Work with managers to enhance team performance and address underperformance.
Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and incentives.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring success, employee satisfaction).
Provide reports and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment practices, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Skills:
Experience in handling HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Familiarity with remote work policies and hybrid workforce management.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
