Job Overview:
As the Director of Research, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s research initiatives. Your role will involve designing and executing research projects, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. You will ensure that research efforts align with the organization’s goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will oversee research teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and publish findings that contribute to industry knowledge and policy development.

Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Finance, or Social Sciences. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
+ 3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or policy development.
Skills:

Experience with research methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
