Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical assistance to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive support experience.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through product-related concerns. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues

  • Guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and best practices

  • Escalate complex issues to technical or specialized teams

  • Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation

  • Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements

  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns

  • Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and workflows

Qualification
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues to non-technical users

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and patience

  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
