Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and technical assistance to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive support experience.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through product-related concerns. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues
Guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and best practices
Escalate complex issues to technical or specialized teams
Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation
Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements
Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns
Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and workflows
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus
Skills:

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and patience
