Job Overview

This role is critical in supporting our CEO in various aspects of the business, including strategic planning, management, delegation, execution, hiring, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO in day-to-day management, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
Facilitate effective delegation of tasks and projects across the organization to ensure optimal productivity and outcomes.
Oversee strategic initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
Enhance organizational communication, streamline administrative procedures, and ensure smooth operation of the business.
Play a key role in hiring, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain and build relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with Walturn’s mission and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting on various aspects of the business to support strategic decisions.
Champion the values of diversity, inclusivity, and innovation within the team and the broader organization.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role, particularly within a technology company.
Proven experience in a strategic role within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
Experience in hiring, team building, and organizational development.
Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a wide variety of tasks and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
A track record of successful strategic initiative planning and execution.
Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Excellent adaptability and comfort with rapid changes in the business landscape.
As Chief of Staff, you'll advise the CEO, oversee project management, ensure collaboration across teams, manage client relations, support marketing and hiring efforts, and lead business development.
