Background
A luxury travel startup, Gyde, faced challenges in providing a seamless experience for high-value users with multi-destination itineraries. Important users, often traveling to multiple locations, found it repetitive and inconvenient to book new rides each time they reached a destination. To streamline this process, Gyde turned to Steve to guide them from ideation to deployment.
Write the Vision
The Gyde team started by outlining their vision for a multi-destination booking feature that would allow users to manage and book multiple journeys in a single, smooth experience. Steve’s AI transformed their ideas into clear, actionable product goals, ensuring the vision aligned with user needs and expectations.
Generate Product Requirement Document
Steve then generated a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD), detailing key features, user flow, and required integrations, such as destination linking and itinerary management. The PRD also highlighted the importance of user experience, performance requirements, and the need for a streamlined booking process.
Positioning & Competitor Analysis
Steve’s competitor analysis tools helped AorteQ identify gaps in the market. Leveraging this data, the team decided to position AorteQ as a "Comprehensive Medical Study Companion" that blends effective learning techniques with curated content, filling the gap left by traditional tools. AorteQ would differentiate itself by combining high-quality question banks, study paths, and integrated resources into one cohesive platform.
Generate UI/UX Design
The Gyde team asked Steve to create UI/UX design samples that would support a multi-destination travel experience. Steve provided layout samples and visual references, focusing on an intuitive interface where users could easily view, adjust, and confirm multiple bookings in one seamless flow.
Generate Code with User Experience in Mind
After refining the design through several iterations, the team instructed Steve to implement the design into code. Steve generated the code to support multiple destination bookings while ensuring a smooth user experience, then created a pull request, allowing the team to review the code and validate it with best practices in performance and usability.
Integration & Deployment
Steve handled the integration of third-party services, such as mapping and location APIs, ensuring smooth interaction between destinations. The deployment process was automated, with ongoing performance monitoring to ensure users experienced quick and reliable bookings. Compliance checks were integrated to support data security and smooth operations, ensuring the platform launched successfully and performed optimally.
