Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the product and services offered by Walturn. By Using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. By accessing or using Steve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, you must not use Steve.

1. User Responsibilities:

   1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

   2. You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any part of our product, services, or proprietary information with any third party.

      
      

2. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:

   1. You acknowledge and agree that the product, processes, and any related proprietary information, including but not limited to technologies, designs, data, and business methods, are the exclusive property of Walturn.

   2. You shall not disclose, publish, or otherwise share any information regarding the product or related processes with any third parties.

   3. You shall not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any of our intellectual property.

   
   

3. Usage Restrictions

   You agree not to:

   1. Use Steve for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

   2. Share access credentials or allow unauthorized use of the platform.

   3. Exploit Steve’s outputs for competitive purposes or any activity that infringes on Walturn’s intellectual property.

      
      

4. Intellectual Property:

   1. All intellectual property rights related to the product, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Walturn.

   2. You do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property through the use of our product or services.

   
   

5. Compliance with Law

   1. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using Steve.

   2. Any actions in violation of such laws will be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

   
   

6. Company’s Rights and Third-Party Content

   1. Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized use, replication, or disclosure of Steve’s technology, will result in immediate suspension of access.

   2. Penalties for breaches include but are not limited to:

      • Financial damages of up to USD 1,000,000 per violation.

      • Legal actions for injunctive relief and compensation.

   
   

7. Liability Limitation

   Walturn is not liable for:

   1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Steve.

   2. User’s improper use of the service or failure to adhere to confidentiality requirements.

      
      

8. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walturn, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

   
   

9. Termination

   1. Walturn may terminate your access to Steve for breach of these terms or for legal/regulatory reasons.

   2. Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement will immediately cease.

   
   

10. Modifications to Terms

    Walturn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or platform notices.
